AI-Powered CEO Command Center

As a solo founder running Workroom Asia across multiple platforms, daily prioritization lived in scattered notes and memory — no single place to decide what mattered today, track a week's work, or reflect on progress. This is the command center built to fix that, and the one the company still runs on every day.

The problem

No single place to decide what matters today.

Running a multi-platform agency solo means every prioritization call — what to work on, what to defer, what actually moved the business — happens in a founder's head or scattered across notes apps. That works while everything still fits in one person's memory, and it's a common failure point for early-stage founders exactly when they're trying to scale past doing everything personally.

The system

A persistent dashboard that runs the week.

Built as a self-contained Claude artifact — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with persistent key-value storage — so state survives across sessions instead of resetting on every reload. A daily task picker organizes work around three priority lenses. A work-mode banner changes with the day (Sales, Ops, CEO Day, Rest), a 7-day CEO week strip shows the week at a glance, and a 6-column kanban board carries tasks from Inbox through to CEO Review with full add, move, and remove functionality. Friday closes the loop with a structured CEO review: seven reflection prompts, answered every week.

Why AI, not just a notes app

A notes app doesn't turn decisions into a rhythm.

A running list of tasks is simple bookkeeping — any notes app can hold that. What it can't do is turn one founder's decision fatigue into a repeatable weekly operating rhythm, or make a Friday review actually happen instead of quietly sliding. That's what this system is built around: a lightweight, no-code ops layer any solo operator or small team could adopt, and a real example of AI building internal tooling a founder uses every day — not just offering advice about how to run one.
